Sea, nature, food and history... Called Kallistè the most beautiful by the Greeks, Corsica is all of this and more... For an exotic holiday in the Mediterranean Sea's very own island paradise.

Hotels in Corsica are always the most convenient form of accommodation, especially during the high season of July-August. Like the rest of Europe, hotels here are rated from 1 to 4 stars but few offer rooms for less than €35 a night. For this price you will get a bed and bidet and not much else, while the shower and toilet will probably be communal.

One star hotels costs from €35-50 a night and will be likely to have a shower and toilet in the room. Two star hotels with a private bathroom and small balcony cost around €50-65 a night, while three star ones ask between €50-65 a night but usually come with a bigger bathroom,TV, large terrace and access to a swimming pool.

For something more luxurious, four star hotels will set you back about €100-550 a night depending on their location and will most likely have a large bedroom and private bathroom, modern pool, restaurant and all the necessary comforts. A single room will obviously cost less than a double and breakfast, if you choose to have it, can cost €5 to €10 a day.

It is important to remember that most hotels are  open only during the summer months, May to September, while travelling in winter will get you a discount at any of the hotels still open.
