Sea, nature, food and history... Called Kallistè the most beautiful by the Greeks, Corsica is all of this and more... For an exotic holiday in the Mediterranean Sea's very own island paradise.

Renting a car in Corsica is the fuss-free way to see the island. Without fretting over bus and train timetables, you can enjoy Corsica in your own time and at your own pace. However, driving around Corsica can sometimes be quite dangerous and motorists must be aware of mountain or coastal roads that are tight and often in a bad state of repair.

All you need to rent a car in Corsica is a valid license. However, if you come from outside the EU zone you should check with your rental company whether you need an international license. Like all European countries, Corsicans give way to the right and the maximum speed on two lane roads is 110km. It is also important to remember when renting a car in Corsica that there are some beaches, towns and nature parks which are closed to cars.

If renting a car is not your idea of a relaxing holiday, you can also rent bikes or motorbikes in all major cities.
